Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows, last minute rescheduling, and cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, I have a right to charge a 50% cancelation fee. Emergencies and inclement weather are exempt from this policy. I understand life happens and take into consideration circumstances beyond a client’s control. Deposits are nonrefundable under any circumstances.
